INTRODUCING JANG'OMBE BOYS FC.

Jang'ombe Boys FC  is a football club that is based in Jang'ombe Zanzibar East Africa. Established since 1999, it is among the teams that form a Premeir league of Zanzibar (ZPL). Apart the club being headquartered at Unguja Suburbs but also the club has gained the most supporters each and every corner of Zanzibar, this only came due to our club civilization, fascinating and attractive footballing.

THE CLUB NICKNAME

The club nicknamed it self  'Wastaarabu wa Ng'ambu' which means in english as "refined peoples of Suburbs", furthermore the clubs socialized by gathering together and conduct social works like helping peoples with a special needs, cleaning the city of Zanzibar, hospital and other area that seems needs some sort of helps from society, and the last social activity was conducted on 8th September 2017, where the club's players, leaders, members, fans and other stakeholders joined together and cleans the Zanzibar Mental Disorder Hospital - Kidongo - Chekundu Street.

JANG'OMBE BOYS HONOURS 

Inspite of the club being new in the premier league as was promoted from first division to premier league on 2015/16 season but the club manage to finish on 3rd position in the season of 2016/17, and mostly long lived giant clubs in the Zanzibar Premier league are scared when they meet with our club.
The club participated in very femous competition in East Africa known as Mapinduzi Cup, where there are so many old clubs never participate in this competition where we were the first club to defeat the defending mapinduzi Cup champion URA by 2-1 in 2016/17. the club also participated the the first tournament of SpotPesa, where we were defeated by Gormahia from Kenya by 2-0 in Uhuru Stadium Dar es salam.

DARBY GAMES

Like other countries, Zanzibar also has its darby matches, and the most darby that seems drassically becomes very popular in Zanzibar is the one that named Jang'ombe Darby, which is between our club Jang'ombe Boys and Taifa ya Jang'ombe club, these club both come from Jang'ombe Town just about two hundred meters from one club to another, for the history darby games we mate 8 times and the result are as follows:
